Join the Men’s Club

Men’s Club needs men to join the group and also to step forward as new officers. The current board finishes in June 2020 and three of the four officers have been serving for more than six years. It’s time for a new crew to develop and grow the membership, generate new ideas
and operate various functions, events, and fundraisers.  Queen of Angels is strong in enrollment, financially healthy, dedicated to multiple ministries and filled with hope and spiritual guidance. Our Men’s Club assists with improvements done to further enhance
resources towards curriculum, teachers, faculty, facilities, equipment, ministries, repairs, scholarships, etc. Know that every man’s participation makes a difference: in Christmas Tree shifts, Poker tournaments, Tailgates, Open Gyms, Winter Toast, Trivia Night, Golf Outings,
basketball games, Super Bowl parties, Golf League rounds, and Queen of Hearts raffle tickets. Men’s Club contributed to the parish $45,000 in 2014; $48,000 in 2015;
$55,000 in 2016; $60,000 in 2017; and $55,000 in 2018.

Queen of Heart Raffle tickets are $5 and volunteers are needed to sell tickets for two hours prior to every drawing.  When someone asks what Men’s Club does, now you know! Please step up and help.

Rosary for Respect Life Month

Each hour includes solemn exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, bilingual rosary and benediction, other prayers and music. Prayer aids will be available. You do not have to be bilingual to join in prayer. Please plan to attend these special,  evenings. Respect Life Month recognizes life in all its glory and in all its forms, providing many opportunities to embrace the whole cycle of life with which humanity has been blessed, from conception to natural death.
