Ministry at the Eucharist as Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, parishioners who assist the priest to distribute Communion to the congregation, greeting each communicant with warmth and an invitation to the table of the Lord: “The Body of Christ” or “The Blood of Christ.” Membership is open to fully initiated Catholics who have a reverence for the Eucharist and a love for the people of God. Attend a training session and then select whether you would like to serve, how often and at which Masses to be scheduled.
