Confirmation is celebrated in January, February or March for eighth grade students in the parish school, for eighth graders attending non-Catholic schools or for high school parishioners who have not been confirmed. Preparation for Confirmation begins in September and continues on Monday evenings until the date of the Confirmation Mass.
A parent night, sponsor night and Confirmation Candidates’ service hours and retreat are part of this preparation. To be confirmed, a candidate must complete two years of religious education prior to their Confirmation.
